The internationally recognised norm ISO 9001:2008 represents a process and system oriented approach of quality management and continuous improvement. Successfully leading and operating a business requires a systematic and comprehensible management and steering. The introduction and maintenance of a management system oriented towards the continuous improvement of performance by defining and optimising the requirements of all persons involved is a path to success.
